Phillip J. Seereiter, Jr., M.D. is a native of Buffalo and attended Boston College. He went on to obtain his medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine, where he then completed his general surgical and urologic residency. His program included training at Roswell Park Cancer Institute.

His areas of interest include laparoscopic and robotic surgery.
