Jeffrey A. Spencer, M.D. is a board-certified urologist who earned his medical degree from the University at Buffalo. He then completed his internship and residency at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY.

Dr. Spencer is certified in robotic surgery and holmium laser enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP) for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), as well as general urology.

He is a member of the American Board of Urology and the American Urological Association.
