At Western New York Urology, we are dedicated to providing the best care to every patient. To ensure we meet this goal, we offer surveys to our patients following their appointments to provide their reviews. These surveys are compiled by Medstatix, a national leader in patient satisfaction research. This process allows us to compare our patient satisfaction results with other healthcare providers and utilize patient feedback to continuously improve our level of care.

The information below highlights key results and reviews from our latest surveys for all of our practices, Western New York Urology Associates, Cancer Care of Western New York and Pediatric Urology of Western New York. Patients were asked on a scale of 0-100%, how likely they would be to recommend the practice. For WNY Urology, our results indicate 96% of patients are likely to recommend the practice, a positive increase over 2023.
